Stanley Nwabali, the talented goalkeeper of the Super Eagles, has been bestowed with a prestigious chieftaincy title by the traditional ruler of Egbema Kingdom, His Royal Majesty, Nzeobi Evaritus Amida.
In recognition of Nwabali’s remarkable performance for the Super Eagles during the recently concluded 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON), His Royal Majesty conferred upon him the title of “The Pride of Egbema Kingdom.” The traditional ruler expressed his admiration for Nwabali’s contributions to the team and emphasized the honor bestowed upon him for bringing pride and distinction to the Egbema Kingdom.
Nwabali’s exceptional achievements have not gone unnoticed, as he was previously rewarded with a generous sum of N20 million by the Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara. Additionally, the 27-year-old goalkeeper was honored with the prestigious Distinguished Service Star of River State, further highlighting his significant contributions to Nigerian football.
