Francesco Calzona, the manager of Napoli, has expressed his satisfaction with Victor Osimhen’s recent performances, noting that the Nigerian striker is gradually regaining his top form.
Osimhen showcased his prowess by scoring a hat-trick in Napoli’s commanding 6-1 victory over Sassuolo on Wednesday night, further proving his importance to the team.
Calzona acknowledged Osimhen’s challenges in maintaining his fitness after participating in the Africa Cup of Nations but praised his determination to rediscover his form. He also commended Kvicha Kvaratskhelia’s contribution to the team’s success.
