Missing Social Worker, Ayodele Idowu Lawal, Found After Accident

Mrs. Ayodele Idowu Lawal, a 63-year-old social worker who was reported missing in Lagos, has been located.

The member of the Nigeria Association of Social Workers (NASoW) Lagos State Chapter was declared missing on Monday, sparking concerns among her colleagues and the community.

Fortunately, Lawal was found on Tuesday following her involvement in an accident.

After the incident, she is currently receiving medical attention at a private health facility in Shibiri, Ojo local government area of Lagos State.

Lawal has since been transferred to the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH) for further medical care.

Confirming the news, Ms. Olubunmi Lamilisa, the NASoW Chairperson in the state, provided updates on Lawal’s condition. She mentioned that Lawal is semi-conscious and has sustained various degrees of fractures.

Lamilisa expressed gratitude for the widespread publicity and support received, emphasizing the importance of prayers for Lawal’s speedy recovery.
