According to DAILY POST, the Super Eagles have climbed an impressive 14 places in the global rankings, now securing the 28th position worldwide. Additionally, they have emerged as the third best team in Africa, trailing only behind Morocco and Senegal.
Expressing his delight over the team’s achievement, Senator Enoh commended the Super Eagles for their outstanding performance in the 2023 AFCON tournament, where they emerged as runners-up. He underscored the significance of their ascent, noting that it marks their highest placement in 16 years since 2008.
