Abdullahi Ganduje, the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has extended his congratulations to Governor Hope Uzodimma of Imo State on his re-election and Ahmed Ododo for winning the governorship poll in Kogi State.
Ganduje expressed his happiness with the overwhelming support from the electorate in both states and stated that the victories reinforced the fact that Nigerians were supportive of the APC.
He commended Uzodimma and outgoing Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi for delivering democracy dividends and pledged that the APC would continue to fulfill its promises of good governance.
Ganduje called on members of opposition parties to accept defeat graciously, emphasizing the importance of a viable opposition in a democracy.
