The Kano State Police Command has undertaken a surprising initiative to train and convert 50 hardened criminals into Police Constables.

The Commissioner of Police, CP Mohammed Usaini Gumel, addressed the 50 selected reformed individuals from various areas of Kano State upon their completion of a two-month training program to become members of the Nigeria Police Special Constabulary. CP Gumel noted the significance of their decision to reform and expressed his appreciation for their commitment to maintaining peace in the state.
